Yes. There is no signup fee or subscription, and you never have to deposit money to start earning points.
Do I really earn just by walking?
Yes. A treasure box opens every 300 steps, up to 30 boxes a day, plus random points every 1,000 steps on Cake Mountain. Steps come from your phone’s step sensor, so you need to allow the physical activity permission on first launch.
How much can I earn per day?
It depends on how much you walk and how many activities you join. Walking, the daily quiz, check-in and random baking add up steadily, and sponsored missions raise the daily total. It is not a get-rich-quick app: reaching a redeemable balance takes time.
What can I spend points on?
Gift cards, cash and crypto in the in-app shop. Options range from cafe and convenience store vouchers to cash withdrawals, and the points needed for each item are shown live in the shop.
Do points expire?
Points expire if you do not open the app for 14 days. We send reminders 7 days and 3 days before that, and simply opening the app resets the clock.
What do I get for inviting a friend?
Both of you instantly receive 500 points when the invite code is entered. There is no waiting period.
Is there an iPhone version?
Yes, Bitbake is on both the App Store and Google Play. Allow Motion & Fitness on iOS or Physical Activity on Android so steps can be counted.
Do I need to know anything about crypto?
No. You can collect points and redeem them for gift cards or cash only. Crypto swaps in the Coin Box are optional, and the daily quiz helps you learn as you go.
Do I have to watch ads?
No. Sponsored missions are an option for people who want to earn faster. Walking, quizzes and check-ins are enough on their own.
